The sales assistant was really helpful and not pushy in trying to make the sale making it a comfortable purchase.Just the right level of assistance and not feeling as though we were getting harassed in to buying anything.

We were looking for divan base which was sprung and could not find one by reading the signage but the lady who served us (Claire ) showed us which one without any trouble !

We were treated courteously from the minute we entered the store. Clare was very knowledgable about your products and extremely helpful. She answered all questions we had. We are delighted with the base, headboard and mattress we were recommended. E we were offered drinks and felt extremely safe in the store. All members of staff were friendly and made us feel as if we mattered and were happy to see us in store.

From the moment we walked into the store we were made to feel comfortable and unlike competitors stores we were not pressurised into a sale. The entire process made easy
