Our salesperson (Clare) greeted us warmly when we arrived she assessed our needs in an efficient and professional manner. At no time did we feel pressured but Clare was there to answer any questions we had her knowledge of your products was excellent

I went into the store desperate to find a mattress and the service was outstanding. Time was taken to understand my needs. We was put onto the 'magic bed' which was awesome. I can honestly not wait to get my mattress.

Although the bed I had seen online was on show in the store and I was perfectly happy with it, the mattress I had seen online was unfortunately not on show. Aaron asked what my priorities were and suggested several other mattresses to test before I made my mind up to go for the Paddington one. There was no sales pressure and I was pleased with the information provided so decided to purchase in store rather than online.
