Excellent service from Julie. Very knowledgeable & took the time understand our needs and advise us to get the right product for us, which was not the one we originally came in for. Very impressed all round. A pleasant purchasing experience & one that we could not have done online.

We were highly satisfied with the way we were treated by the sales assistant (Clare)her knowledge of the products and willingness to listen to our needs. Clare took the time to understand our specific requirements, offered us her knowledge and was not just pushing for a sale. This lady is a credit to dreams with her manner and attitude and it’s only a pity that other retail assistants cannot understand that it is important to listen to the customer and their needs rather than being sales driven. I cannot speak highly enough of this lady and her perfect manner.
