Clare was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to direct my elderly mother to mattresses which would make her most supported and comfortable while sleeping. Clare was patient and kind as my mother navigated the store with her walking frame and had to have information repeated frequently due to hearing loss.

My wife and I were highly satisfied with Dreams service agent he was very explanative also taking his time to explain about all requirements for posture on sleeping positions he also invited us to take a type of survey on a bed connected to a type of monitor which identified our needs on the type of mattress we should try before we buy the mattress which turned to be what we were looking for which was an extra firm mattress and also what my wife was looking for an ottoman bed which suits my wife's needs for bed linen storage we would definitely recommend friends and family to visit the dreams store in Kircaldy Fife the service and chat was excelent.
