As soon as we entered the shop we had assistance straight away. We got to try out any mattress we were interested In. We got to use the mattress simulator so see what suits our needs best. And to top it off we got offered a drink. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained all the mattresses to us and alternatives.

We were really happy with the attention we got. Clare our assistant was very good and helpful We couldn't have been happier with her service.

Variety and choice available

We were dealt with very polity and by very knowledge staff who made sur we were not pressured into buying just on the price. Unfortunately due to the company Computer system being down we were not able to complete the purchase until later in the day, this is not a reflection on the store staff who were working under difficult conditions but were still very polite and professional. well done to them. Julie made sure we weren't hurried in our choice of Mattress and was friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied with shop, but busy and had to wait to be served due to the 2 employees being tied up with other customers But the wait was worth it as we got excellent service and satisfied with the product we purchased
