the Lady that served us in the Kirkcaldy store could not have been any more helpful! she understood exactly what we were looking for and her expertise helped us choose the correct items very friendly and approachable too!

Hamilton throughout our visit and the machine were amazing and very helpful in making our final decision. He was very informative of your products,made us feel at ease and not pressured to make a choice which is very unusual these days, he offered us refreshments and made us feel safe under the current COVID restrictions during our time in the shop. First class service and would highly recommend

It was my first visit to Dreams, and I was impressed by the efficient and friendly staff who listened to what I wanted, and gave me various options. I was also impressed by the range of beds. That’s why I gave you ten of ten for everything.

The Salesman Sean at Dreams Kirkcaldy Retail Park was very attentive. At the same time gave us plenty of time to consider each mattress and test it. Even when we first arrived in the Store, Sean asked if we would care to have a drink of water because of the temperature outside. That is the first time ever we have experienced that. 10 out of 10 Dreams !!

Enjoyed the virtual experience as it assessed our physical needs. The consultant was helpful, informative and gave us plenty of time for consideration.
