Felt at ease and comfortable with the colleague (Sean) , Sean listened to my needs and gave great advice on what was suitable for me , felt no pressure at anytime , gave me space and time to make up my mind of which made this experience very pleasant .

Upon entry to the store we where greeted immediately by a dreams employee who was very polite and smartly dressed. The employee spent time to get to know us and our needs, explained different mattress options available and had a very good understanding of each mattress to ensure we had a full understanding before purchasing. Throughout the whole process the employee was never pushy and gave truly honest and unbiased opinions on.each product which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Julie was so helpful, she was friendly, welcoming and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

I was hoping to purchase a mattress and take home or be delivered within the week. Your staff member mr Hamilton was very helpful and helped me and my husband during our visit. I was just disappointed with the wait time.
