I was greeted immediately I entered the store in a friendly and helpful manner. The employee was very helpful fb patient with me when allowing me to test the re immersed mattresses and she carefully sanitised them after use. She was very knowledgable and helpful.

The sales assistant Sean that helped with our purchase of a new mattress and bed went above and beyond. He took into consideration my partners pregnancy and the hip and back problems she has, also my own back and neck issues. He also advised on a better pillow that will help with my neck pain. Over all experience was 10/10.

I was greeted within 5 mins of being in the store, I really needed help in choosing the right product for my needs. I cannot thank the assistant who was dealing with me enough, to explaining different types of products to testing them and listening to what it was I was looking for. Everything was done quickly once I had chosen my product and delivery prompt.

From the minute we walked in the door till we left the salesman couldn't have been more helpful without be pushy in any way he explained everything impeccably his knowledge was very good and his attention to cleaning and social distance about covid was excellent to all in all perfect visit to the store and left very happy with the purchase we made

Once I used the sleep capture machine it was easy to figure out what bed I was looking for, Aaron was very easy to speak to and made the experience simple.
