Highly satisfied would been achieved if said product bought arrives on time in good order and if needed to 30day return guarantee applied in full. Until that is complete I will be mostly satisfied but not extatic yet..

The electronic mattress selector left me feeling sick and dizzy and I have still not fully recovered from the effect. I am a cancer patient and this is probably the cause of it. I would urge that your staff warn customers of the possible danger. I have an appointment with my oncologist next month and will ask her about the reaction.

Service was good, but openness about prices of the different products could have been better. It wasn't that prices were hidden, but boards showing different prices were quickly moved away whenever we moved to look at a different mattress. Whilst we accept that the prices is not the most important factor, it is still a factor to be considered in the purchase but it felt like this was being ignored / hidden.

My experience within Dreams was very much positive. My partner and I stopped in at the Kirkcaldy branch, just to browse. We were made very welcomed and valued by both members of staff available (Julie and Hamilton). Julie tended to us brilliantly, providing us with accurate and easily understandable information with a smile. She did not make us feel pressured, allowed us to shop at our own pace and let us discuss the products alone. This ultimately resulted in us purchasing a new bed frame. The payment stage was the only downside, which Julie explained to be a technical issue due to a change of internet provider. I completely understand this is out of Dreams control and cannot be helped, but Julie certainly done her utmost to make it as hassle free as possible. From working in sales and a customer facing service myself being highly satisfied in my eyes, is a very bold statement which indicates that there is little if any room for improvement, which realistically there always is.

My preferred choice of bed frame was not available for delivery for 12 weeks so I had to choose another. However I realise things are difficult at the moment and that there might be a problem with some supply
