Very friendly service and happy with product

We were in twice on the day. The Salesperson was very helpful which made our mind up to purchase.

The assistant we dealt with was very knowledgeable and polite. He also had a sense of humour (which helps when dealing with me🤣) I think his name was Kevin?or Keith? absolute professional from start to finish did not at any time put us under pressure to buy. Yes would definitely recommend the Kirkcaldy Dreams shop xx

I knew what I wanted but my partner hadn't tested any mattresses yet, the member of staff we had helping us was very relaxed and it was really nice to not feel pressured by a sales person. It was a really easy choice to make and the entire experience was very calm easy and relaxed. Store was immaculate, I remember thinking this at the time and wondering what hoover you used as my carpets never look that clean! Feel comforted by the return policy as we were a little unsure about the pillow purchase, with them being £109 each it was an expense we hadn't considered but after trying them had to give them a good go at home. Might still replace with the softer variety but I do absolutely adore the cooling feature. On the whole it's our second time purchasing WITH dreams, last time being a sleigh bed and mattress 8 years ago, and we will most definitely purchase any new beds with Dreams again, using the Kirkcaldy shop specifically is we can. In fact we were taken with one bed in particular and are considering coming back to buy it!
