The sales person listened to what we were looking for a was able to show us our options and let us make our own decision

No high pressure sales talk ,showed us what we wanting then left us to decide. He came back to answer any questions we had,and deal was done.

Went into dreams unsure about the products, the members of staff there were really welcoming and had a good knowledge of the products. He helped us find a mattress that was best suited for our needs.

Great staff. Julie was great help. Explained everything very well as we tried the fitting machine and then went round each of the different mattresses to choose from.

It was a unique experience for us. I felt the assistant Claire really listened to what we were looking for. The scanner for a suitable bed for both myself and my partner was exactly what we were looking for to reduce back pain. All covid restrictions were followed and while testing the beds I felt our assistant couldn't do enough to make us more comfortable. She showed us a great variety of beds to choose from and we didn't feel in a rush or pressure to choose.

The store was well laid out and the staff very helpful. We were shown our options and the differences between each explained to us. Very happy with our visit.
