No pressure from sales team. Was able to look around in my own time.

The sales assistant was really friendly and helpful and did a great job.

Rav was excellent with the approach and overall understanding of our needs that were required. We were greeted on entrance to the store and even offered a drink and given as much time as we needed to make the correct choices

We had complete help from the assistant and did not hassle us at all. We roamed around the shop and asked questions of various beds etc., and was answered with complete help. When ordering it was very efficient and helpful. We were very pleased with all the assistance given.

The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable, made particularly so by Rav who looked after us

Went in for a single bed mattress with pocket spring. Tried a few and went back and bought the first one. While there, also bought 2 feather & down pillows. I saw a double headboard whilst in the store and also bought that because the colour was exactly right. The salesperson was very keen and friendly also.

From the moment we entered the store we were guided to the most suitable bed for our physical needs and helped us to purchase the best bed for us

I wasn't followed around, allowed to browse, help was immediate when required, no pushy salesperson, the pitch was just right

The chap was very friendly, and wasn't at all pushy, but he had good product knowledge, and was very easy to deal with. The lead time we were given was very reasonable too.

The shop assistant was very helpful but not “pushy” she was knowledgeable about the product
