Amy was really helpful, we used the assessment bed to tell us what mattress would suit us and had a lovely time choosing

I made a comment to the staff that is this is the shop that just keeps giving with the office at you I got on, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the shop everyone was kind and not pushy. I will be looking for a single bed in the New Year and well and happy to go back to the same shop.

the sales assistant was very polite and listened to what we were looking for, then gave us the space to try put the beds.

The assistant we saw was Chris and he was brilliant. He wasn't pushy and asked questions to advise the best mattress for us.

Lovely experience, very friendly staff that went the extra mile felt valued and that nothing was to much trouble but did not at anytime feel pressurised. Was more than satisfied with item chosen and felt confident when we left the store that the right decision had been made

The gentleman me and my partner dealt with at the Mansfield store named Chris was very polite, helpful and patient. He was very honest in regard to the extra products that were offered with our bed and what would be beneficial to us. We are very much looking forward to receiving our order.

my assistance in your Mansfield store she was called Hollie i found her very knowable about all the beds and she had a friendly approach when i ask for her for her assistance i was very pleased with her and also the bed she recommended for me at the store it was expensive but a quality made bed of which i am very please with your store was very clean and tidy i will recommend your store to friend’s and family

The place was clean and tidy. I was allowed to browse without being 'jumped' on. The lady then asked if I wanted help when I was looking round for someone. She was very helpful, and had good product knowledge.
