Gail from the Mansfield store was friendly, approachable and very caring when dealing with us

Customer service was excellent, from a lady called Louise. She was very attentive, friendly, and really helpful, giving us advice, and answering any questions we had regarding the products and what we were looking for. We were given a cup of coffee while we walked around, looking at the products, which was appreciated, and welcoming. There was no pressure to hurry, or make decisions, we were left to look around at our leisure, and knew that assistance would be there if we needed it. Unfortunately, we couldn't have the exact mattress we saw, and wanted as we had to have one that evening, due to having just moved house, and having already discarded our old one before we moved. we were satisfied with our purchase though.

Louise was very helpful and friendly. We knew the kind of bed frame we wanted and she was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us picked our new bed

Hollie was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped us decide whilst giving us the space to talk without any pressure to huy

Chris was very professional, he made himself available for assistance but was not pushy at all. He had excellent product knowledge and helped us with our selection when required. He made it an easy and enjoyable experience in selecting the best mattress for our son.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, advice offered was outstanding and went above and beyond in everything from explaining different products to overall customer service. Nothing was too much trouble.
