Dreams - Mansfield

I went to find out what type of mattress I would need as I have had back problems. I used the sleep machine to work out which type I would need. After having advice and guidance from a lovely team member called Chris I purchased a firm mattress that felt comfortable ex display for £275 over half price with a free gift of 4 pillows worth £70. The staff were lovely and gave me a free bottle of water

Customer service was just absolutely fantastic from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy. I really felt like they took the time to understand our needs and we were given plenty of time to decide on everything from our perfect mattress and bed frame, all the way through to deciding the best pillows for us. We were offered complimentary beverages and the whole experience was made to feel really personal to us. We couldn't have asked for more!

Tina at the Mansfield store was very welcoming and very knowledgeable and she satisfied my needs when recommending the perfect bed and told me about the current sale on offer so was very pleased I saved a fair bit when purchasing

The assistant, Tina who helped us out during our visit was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful and professional. We can't help her enough for her assistance.

We being two recycled teenagers (77 &82) were made to feel valued and more important to us listened to. We had been in other shops for the same items but due to no being made fully welcome walked out!! The store was welcoming, friendly even made us a cup of tea, we tried various beds and mattresses aloud to discuss and question, not made to feel stupid. The whole experience was happy with humour, kindliness and pleasure. All credit to the staff.
