The member of staff was very helpful and did not apply pressure in an attempt to force a sale through! He was happy to give us time to decide and we returned the next day to complete the purchase

Hello I came to your shop with no idea what I wanted and a delightful young lady helped me decide which mattress most suited my needs. I went away to think about it returning a couple of days later to sort out my purchase and agree a delivery date. The mattress was delivered on the day and time given by two young men who were very helpful. I wish to thank all your staff who wewe involved. Thanks.

Salesperson very polite, attentive and knowledgeable

I was greeted at the door, offered a drink, Hollie was very knowledgeable about the products. She listened to my requirements and at no time did I feel pressurised to buy. She advised of products within my budget and the whole experience was easy and comfortable. Because of this I didn't bother visiting other shops on the retail park as initially intended as I found what I wanted in this store (mansfield)

We weren’t hassled on entering the shop BUT when assistance was needed it was forthcoming immediately. Chris the sales assistant was most friendly helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to “test drive” different mattresses and pillows with full explanations of the differences.

We were helped by a very friendly and cheerful colleague (Chris). He helped us to select the right product for us and we felt under no pressure throughout the interaction which is something we really appreciate.

The young lady was very helpful. She listened to our requirements and was able to take us to the best products to fit our needs. She gave us space to try the beds out and was on hand if we needed her. There were examples of the headboard in store which she showed us and explained the options to us. The ordering was easy and the delivery time was reasonable, first week of July. The store had water bottles if we wanted them, which was very good as it was a hot day. A very good experience and I would be happy to return if we need another bed.

As a paramedic working shifts and my partner working for the police working shifts, choosing the right mattress was extremly important. We have just bought our first home together and needed something that accommodated both our needs and sleeping styles. The lady that assisted in the store was extremely patient with us swapping between testing medium and firm styles. She gave us advice and support that ultimately resulted in a purchase.
