Very professional service by the manager

this is my 5th purchase from Dreams in the last 4 years and nice to be served by the same friendly staff who always helpful and understand the products.

We were helped by a extremely friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. We used the sleep matcher machine to help us pick a bed which was really impressive. Chris then helped us try all the appropriate beds and choose pillows also. He knew alot about the products and was really generally helpful. We got a good bank holiday discount and finance arrangements, the mattress was ready for delivery quickly, and they've been flexible on the dates. Overall, great experience

I was extremely satisfied when I visited the store in Mansfield. I didn’t answer some of the questions because I preferred Tom use my own words and not just tick boxes. When I entered the store and assistant named Tina approached me in a friendly manner and was extremely helpful, she gave me lots of information and time to decide.I left the store to think it over but returned a couple of days later to place my order. If the delivery and installation of my adjustable bed is as first rate, I will be very happy.

Tina was a lovely, helpful assistant who figured out what we were after quickly and helped steer us towards the perfect mattress!

The staff were friendly and helpful. When placing my order, Tina made sure I was aware of all the mattresses available to me before making my choice. Ordering, and paying for the mattress was quick and efficient. And Tina who assisted me with ordering my mattress was very polite, and friendly to me and my 3 year old.
