Staff were very helpful and nice to talk to about what we wanted, we was also offered a bottle of water during our visit. We have had other things from this store and been highly satisfied with the products.

I had a excellent experience whilst at the Mansfield store, I had a lovely and very helpful member of staff to help with what I was specifically looking for (unable to remember her name) but she was very patient as I had my young toddler with me. Knowledge AHS recommendations were amazing and she also took the time to personalise the shopping experience to me, good use of tailoring the styles of bed frame to my taste. Also the sleep motion experience was incredible, my partner was not with me at the time however she in putted his details and that helped with my final decision in which firmness of mattress would suit our needs. The store was lovely and clean and we were offered bottled water throughout our stay as we were there for sometime. She helped us with the different prices even down to the measurements for our new house. One of the best sales/shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Can not recommend the store enough.

The bed analysis to identify the right bed for me and my partner was amazing and took the guess work out I of trying to find the right bed and firmness that suits us both. Also like the 100 night guarantee.

We were very impressed with the very polite & knowledgeable assistant Chris, he was so helpful and gave us lots of information and loads of time to test the products and make our mind up Chris then went on to arrange the sale and delivery dates to suit us

Visited the Mansfield store where salesman Darryl was very helpful..went to try a recliner bed which I’d seen online as I have a bad back ,Darryl helped with choosing a Mattress to go with the frame ..everything was wiped down and sanitizer before trying it out .couldnt have been more helpful

i was greeted at the door and invited to take my time and look around , but i basicly knew what i was looking for (i do not have high energy levels and can not waste it on just walking round) and when i explained this i was shown to just what i wanted. I was well satisfied
