We were greeted as soon as we walked and I asked for help selecting a bed so we were taken over to the computerised bed which scanned us and advised what sort of mattress to go for. We were then shown 5 or 6 different types of mattress that fit that type. The salesman Chris was incredibly helpful and patient as we decided

I was shopping for a bed for my first house and the staff were very helpful. The assistant let me use the bed calibration machine and then guided me around the various products, even loading my prefered beds onto tge website to show me the different colours, and taking me to comparable mattresses that were cheaper than the ones That suited me. Over all a friendly and great experience.

The store colleague struck a great balance between sharing product information and giving to time to browse at your leisure. Both my daughter and I were also offered a bottle of water which I thought was a nice touch.

We were greeted by a very polite man who helped us with the bed to show us what kind of beds we needed. He offered us a bottle of water, staff were being very clean and covid safe. The gentleman that served us was very helpful didn’t bother us and wasn’t overbearing, he gave us chance to look around and was still available when we needed help
