The rep gave us full time choices and experience and his sales technique was excellent-we spent a considerable time being assessed and trying multiple mattresses and were so impressed with the overall experience we decided not to go elsewhere...the store was recommended to us by a family member who was similiarly satisfied.

We were not pressured by any of the staff BUT when we needed help it was given immediately buy a vert friendly young lady.

We every impressed by the service we were given so easy everything was explained and we sorted out very quickly

We were greeted at the door and told if we needed any help at all just ask and that is what we did. We had a look round and then went back to Hollie to help us. Which she did and myself and my friend purchased 2 mattress from her. Very helpful young lady.

Greeted as soon as we entered making sure to offer us hand sanitiser and a sheet to cover the pillows with, Tina was there to offer any and all assistance including picking out certain mattresses that were suited to our needs. She made the process much more straightforward and stress free than expected.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dreams mattress picking machine very handy to help us reduce our search to a few mattresses. Multi choice on the selection of mattresses and the tempa pillows are also amazing! The lady who helped us was very friendly and offered us both a bottle of water.
