Dreams - Mansfield

We were welcomed as we walked into Dreams. Your very pleasant male member of staff showed us around and after I told him that I have back problems recommended mattresses that would make it easier for me to sleep. We also purchased a mattress for my double bed and a king size mattress for my husbands bed. We were impressed by a) the quality and choices available, b) the friendly service provided by all of your staff, c)the free delivery and opportunity to try the mattresses to ensure they are right for us. d) Your showroom is spotlessly clean and your store conveniently located.

Excellent staff, who couldn’t be more helpful. On both trips the products were explained fully. Drinks were offered to us and all covid rules adhered to. Staff were very friendly and polite and all knew the products well.

We went to the Chesterfield store for a mattress they didn't have it in store. The assistant rang Mansfield store for us to make sure they had what we wanted, she was lovely. The assistant in Mansfield couldn't be nicer or more helpful.

Chris was very helpful very friendly but not in our way at all while we where choosing our bed . Had a good knowledge of the beds we asked about .

We we're greeted with a smile and staff were friendly and welcoming .we were helped to understand which bed and pillows would suit our individual needs. Overall it was a good experience. I wasn't expecting this so was pleasantly surprised.

Well I thought the person that dealt with me was lovely very efficient and made me feel very comfortable,it was nice to be able to get a mattress that’s especially for me ,very satisfied thankyou.
