Our sales assistant Tina was extremely helpful, identifying what we wanted to look at and giving us fantastic product knowledge that allowed us to easily compare the different styles and features of the mattresses we were interested in without overwhelming us with choices that weren’t suitable. She was also very friendly and gave us space and time to ourselves to explore our options without pestering us or pushing us into a sale. Very honest in her guidance and clear in explaining all the finance options to us. An absolute credit to the store.

We were greeted straight away by the member of staff. As this was during Covid pandemic we were provided with explanation on the new rules and given protective sheets to use in order to try the products. We were asked appropriate questions and time was taken to listen to our requirements. The staff showed interest in our needs and us as a family. We felt at ease and were given time to discuss our purchase without it feeling pushy etc. Great service, friendly staff and very excited to receive our new mattress!

From start to finish everything went very easy and the person looking after us was excellent and helpful in every way,
