The staff member was very polite and knowledgeable. He didn't rush my experience and gave me a wide range of products to choose from.After my order was complete he took time to go through, in detail, my delivery details. A perfect relaxed shopping experience..

Darrell was very helpful. From the off very friendly presentable, asked us to use the gel when we entered, all the health and safety rules followed, when trying out the mattresses supplied with paper to cover them and pillow to. Offered a drink of bottled water. Explained the how the sleep match bed worked. showed the beds that would be suitable. Left me to try them out in my own time. Once selected the buying was very straight forward and simple. thank you
