The lady who served was most personable and helpful. She followed social distancing rules and offered some bottled water which was accepted. She showed me mattresses that were suitable to my needs and didn’t pressure me to buy unsuitable ones. She went out of her way to find out availability of the bed frames I required.

good product, sales person very helpful and good experience. Only issue is price, found a similar mattress £200 cheaper and had to go through the cancellation department to get a price match. This was done, so I kept the order but its not good to be charged so much more than going direct to the Silent Night website. It was easy to get the £200 reduction which is good for my pocket but made me feel you over charged me in the first place.
