good product, sales person very helpful and good experience. Only issue is price, found a similar mattress £200 cheaper and had to go through the cancellation department to get a price match. This was done, so I kept the order but its not good to be charged so much more than going direct to the Silent Night website. It was easy to get the £200 reduction which is good for my pocket but made me feel you over charged me in the first place.

Staff were there when needed, not too over bearing (which usually puts me off)

The staff were very welcome explain all products and health and safety while in the store. The store if well organized and clean. We booked an appointment which work well. When the our mattress was deliver the day before hand we received an email with a time slot and a phone call from the driver to confirm on the morning. Both gentleman explain the proceeded of where they would like us to put the mattress and photo would be taken no signing. Both of them took their shoe off and was clean tidy and friendly.
