Dreams - Mansfield

The staff were very welcome explain all products and health and safety while in the store. The store if well organized and clean. We booked an appointment which work well. When the our mattress was deliver the day before hand we received an email with a time slot and a phone call from the driver to confirm on the morning. Both gentleman explain the proceeded of where they would like us to put the mattress and photo would be taken no signing. Both of them took their shoe off and was clean tidy and friendly.

Tina was very very good she gave us space to deicide on the product we wanted to go with. Tina helped us choice the right bed for our daughter. She spent lots of time with us. She wasn't pushing us at all in any way. It was a great journey. We would definitely go again to dreams.

We were allowed to roam and look at products first and we were happy to be informed that the assistance was there to answer our questions and discuss products. The assistance was brilliant and easy to approach when we needed them.

Tina was the assistant that helped me to chose the right mattress. She used the Sleep Match machine to help understand which mattresses may be suitable. Tina was really helpful and couldn’t have done more to improve my shopping experience. Tina was lovely, very attractive and looked much younger than she claims!
