The sales lady knew her products really well . Was very polite, chatty, approachable. The whole process was speedy , was able to have the delivery date I needed.

Darrell was very patient with us and listened to our needs, gave us time alone to try mattress’s without the pressure of being watched, he was always on hand to answer our questions, Darrell offered us both a drink which was much appreciated.

Every question i had got answered straight away. Staff was very friendly and explained everything very well. Was made to feel very welcome. Only company I have seen use sanitiser on the card reader after every customer has used it and before you us it. Was very clean and was a very stress free shopping experience. Really would recommend dreams to friends and family
