We were highly satisfied, we were greeted with a friendly smile and offered water, left to browse as we had wanted to. The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We were asked if we had time to use the sleep analysis machine or preferred to just try out any of the mattresses. We opted to use sleep analysis bed/computer. It was intriguing and quite thorough, we were then shown all of the appropriate mattresses given pillows of our choice and time to think about our options. Chris, the assistant, having made our choice of mattress, talked us through any options we had with regards to delivery/removal of the old mattress/ insurance cover etc. Having chosen the eight year cover we were then given a free mattress protector, this exceeded our expectations but a very welcome gift.
