We had previously rang the store and came in we were stood around feeling very unsure about our choice as wanted something long lasting and comfortable for our nearly 6yr old twin boys whom are special needs. Hollie the lady who came to offer us assistance was extremely helpful and showed us a mattress we hadnt looked at or considered which was we thought much better comfort wise than the rolled up ones we had looked at. She took us through the process and offered drinks and helped with everything. We previously bought a tempur mattress from the same store in 2016 and had bought our daughter one in 2017 both we were really happy with so of course first stop for our boys.

Everything about my experience in the Dreams store in Mansfield with Tina was fantastic. I used the Sleep Machine and I was so impressed with the way that I was analysed. I was able to try a wide range of beds and others ones too that my family have from Dreams and highly rate. The Covid safety measures were excellent and the ordering process was very good. I will definitely use Dreams every time I need a bed/mattress and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Tina was such a helpful member of staff - she took a long time to understand my needs and offered very good advice. The other staff in the shop were very nice as well.
