The store was clean and tidy, all routes clearly marked out, we were greeted at the door by Hollie, who is both a knowledgeable and a likeable young Lady, with a good wealth of care and understanding, who let us browse on our own until we needed some help and advise. Hollie was brilliant, very Professional,Polite and helped guide us through the whole time we were there and was one of the reasons we decided to purchase our new bed. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. My wife and me were made to feel very welcome. And the time was taken to make sure we were getting the correct mattress and pillows as we both suffer from pain at the moment.
