Dreams - Mansfield

Was well impressed with how clean the store was & how friendly & helpful the staff were. As they couldn't serve tea or coffee with the corona virus they still supplied bottled water which was more than welcome being such a warm day.

When We entered this store we were greeted by Chris reminding us of hand hygiene then we looked around the store and it was spotless these two staff you have have done a great job cleaning once we were ready we got assurance from Chris and was advised to use try the mattress maching machine this was a great experience for us both afterwards we showed 3 mattresses by then we had made our decision overall thos was a grate experience thankyou dreams

Very good customer experience

The main reason for us being highly satisfied is due to Chris, he wasn't at all pushy when we entered the store, he introduced himself, made us aware that there was drinking water available for us if needed as it was a really hot day then said if we needed anything he would be down stairs. We continued to look round found something we liked Chris answered our questions and gave us a printout of the bed we liked, however as you can understand we wanted to look at what other stores had to offer. We then went to browse elsewhere. Upon not finding anything else that we liked as much, we returned to dreams. Making sure we asked for Chris on returning. We decided on the bed we first saw. Had another look at it in closer detail. Chris was really helpful, friendly and professional with a fun, pink and fluffy personality. Thank you very much for all your help.
