Welcoming service, attentive customer service, explanation of the social distancing measures and how to remain safe in store whilst trying/testing items. The mattress matching analysis was very interesting.

The staff on shift were very friendly. Tina assisted me through the sleep master and made my visit extremely comfortable when trying the mattresses. All Covid health and safety procedures where amazing, the staff even offered water upon arrival and during my visit to the store. Couldn’t be happier!

The person who dealt with is - Tracey?? - was excellent. Friendly, attentive, took time to understand what we wanted. Suggested options and clear about pricing. Best of all - for two people notoriously indecisive - we never felt rushed to make a decision.

Tina was very helpful from the minute we walked in without being overbearing. We were offered water and the option to try the correct mattress finder facility. We were given a pillow each and relevant protectors.
