The colleague knowledge was very good plus he was very friendly and approachable. The product range in store was good. The system to help identify suitable mattresses was very good at refining what would be good for us rather than leaping on every mattress in the store!

We was dealt by Chris, Chris was very understanding when we explained Chris asked us to try the bed simulator offered drinks offered pillows as we lay Chris gave us time to process what was happening once bed simulator had finished Chris had his results he showed us beds that matched our needs we was happy with the choices and made a purchase

the young lady who served us was polite friendly and knowledgeable .she greeted us then left us wonder around the store until we wanted her help ,answering our questions with a reassuring manner. explaining to us all the different options available.

Very helpful staff

Chris was welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. He helped us to quickly identify the mattress that would suit us both and advised us with which bed would best suit our needs. Chris was excellent with our children who weren’t particularly entertained during our bed shopping trip. Chris was informative, knowledgable and incredibly helpful without smothering us as new customers. Great salesman. The manager of the store and other staff were also incredibly friendly. Great customer service.

We were served by Chris who was extremely helpful without any undue pressure, we did leave the store to go to a competitor on the same site, the competitor did not give us the same confidence that we were purchasing the correct product so we went back to Dreams to make the purchase

The store products was evenly spaced out and all information was on display infront of every bed. A sales assistant was at hand if needed but did not pester or put any pressure on us. He answered all our questions that we asked and dealt with our purchase professional.

Greeted at the door by staff (on two visits, the first window shopping, the second to purchase). The lady from my first visit (Louise) was available on my second visit so we were able to build on our first visit experience and place, what we hope is, the best order. Louise had a wide variety of product knowledge and was able to guide us through best choices from our internet research and first visit.
