The number of people allowed in store has been greatly reduced due to COVID, which meant we almost had the whole store to ourselves. The measures in place including hand sanitiser, disposable pillow/bed protectors meant we could try any bed we wanted, whilst feeling safe. Tina greeted as we arrived and we used the sleep motion computer to assess our needs.

Hollie was just perfect in every way. She was very friendly and definitely knowledgeable. She could answer all of our questions and made me feel totally comfortable. She maintained high standards of hygiene and she was consistently positive. I felt very well taken care of and left feeling extremely satisfied with everything. She couldn’t have done anything to improve her service. 10/10!
