Friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant without being overbearing, good range of merchandise, found what we were looking for and good advise given on types and different firmness of mattresses if delivey is on time then the experience will be highly satisfactory.

Louise was very approachable and explained how everything would work in a very concise and easy manner. Her product knowledge was excellent and she gave us plenty of time on our own to make a final decision without hovering close by which can be rather intimidating. Cleanliness was of a high standard and we felt safe and well looked after.
