Dreams - Mansfield

As soon as we went in the door a lady called Tina came to greet us and explained about the sanitiser, masks and the process if we wanted to try any beds out. We immediately felt safe and reassured that our safety was off importance. She guided us to the beds we were interested in and told us to give her call if we needed any information about anything. We found a bed we liked and called her to which she came promptly. As we discussed a bed we were interested in she asked us if we would like a bottle of water which was much appreciated. She also bought some paper towel for us to lie on the bed to try it out. Tina was so knowledgeable .She then left us to think about the bed ( we like the fact we were not hassled ) . We decided to go ahead with the purchase and once again Tina was friendly, professional and efficient. Throughout the whole process we felt safe and looked after. The fact that Dreams has sanitiser in place and a safe system along with knowledgeable friendly staff was reassuring to myself and my husband with it being our 1st trip out .
