The Covid 19 lockdown period affected us. We initially viewed the bed and mattress we wanted just before the lockdown. However we returned a few months later when the Mansfield store re-opened and the staff member remembered us and was very helpful without being pushy. A very good experience. Thank You

Hollie at the Mansfield store was absolutely great and made the whole experience enjoyable. She took time and did not get frustrated when we kept changing our mind, her customer service skills are second to none and alongside the other 2 ladies in store that day they are an absolute credits to your company. I don't think I have laughed as much when parting with a couple of thousand pounds.
