We are returning customers who were and was this time highly satisfied with the whole experience Frances was totally amazing a real ambassador for your store, but I would also point out that at both our visits all the staff that approached us were lovely, we could have bought a cheaper bed elsewhere to be honest but the quality of product service given is so worth it, thank you

The assistant Tina was very welcoming and her product knowledge was brilliant. We felt quite at ease and she didn't rush us
