We visited on the first day of opening after Covid 19 restrictions. Everything was in place for a safe visit and despite the fact they had never worked under these conditions the staff were brilliant. We were looked after by Frances who was friendly and happy despite being under a bit of pressure, juggling customer safety and trying to make the visit as normal as possible whilst staying within the new safety and distancing rules. Frances was very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. At no time did we feel either rushed nor ignored the time we had to look and think was just right before she came back to us.
