The lovely lady who served me, Louise was excellent. I told her exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. She made me a cup of tea and allowed me plenty of time to test the mattresses. She explained everything really well and didn’t push me into making a purchase. Excellent member of staff.

The store assistant was very friendly and attentive, made us a hot drink on arrival and directed us to the products we had seen online as well as directing us to some other mattresses in the sale one of which we ended up buying. It felt like she genuinely wanted to sell us the right product and not the one that made the most profit/commission

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, not pushy at all and we found the perfect mattress really quickly. So happy with the experience, can’t wait for it to be delivered - we will definitely buy our next mattress from Dreams.

No pressure to purchase. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Got what I wanted. Would have preferred a discount but you can’t have everything.
