On entering the store the staff all said hello, Chris came over introduced himself, he wasn't over pushy, very, very pleasant, he explained what the sleep survey was and how it worked. We even had coffee, his manner was friendly, he made us feel comfortable. We explained what sort of mattress we didn't want and with the help of the read out was able to suggest a number of beds. We chose the one we wanted and then we made our purchase, he told us about the insurance cover which we took at no stage did we feel pressured, he even told us of the offer on pillows which we took advantage of. I really believe that Chris is an asset to your business, and the other members of your team were all so friendly a pleasure or should I say an excellent shopping experience. Highly satisfied because Chris at Mansfield was very helpful and knowledgable. He gave us options to try and find the right mattress suited to us using the sleep machine.

Frances who helped us at the Mansfield store today was absolutely brill she catered to all our need all the staff was really nice and helpful and easy to talk to.

We we're sled by a assistant if we required help, and said we were looking for at, shown by the sales person which mattresses were the right ones for us and the right prices.we were given a drink and told that we could take our time and try the mattresses mattress,i then directed to the mattress which helped to tell us what we needed to suit out requiments . Haven chose the desired mattress and base we went across th the desk , paid and told of the delivery time ,which comprised of 2hours slots, and came away highly satisfied, no drama just pleasant and exsperience time . Tina and colleagues welcomed us into the store offering help and use of lift (disabled) Tina then gave us time to look around before asking us if we required further assistance. We did and she kindly demonstrated features of the product answered questions and gave us more time to consider. Eventually after considering the purchase we were guided through the process by Tina ( who offered us refreshments) never once did we feel pressured . All paperwork simple further assistance offered should we have questions on our departure. (they even lent us a swatch of fabric to go to curtain shop next door to match ) great cheery helpful , informative service . Thanks
