The staff were very attentive and the layout of the store was great. We didn't feel rushed and they were very patient with our young daughter (2 years old) and her excitement at being in the bed shop (there was a lot of running around).

Louise was very helpful & accommodating. We changed our minds a few times but this never bothered her. Great service & all the staff we encountered were friendly

I was served by Frances at the shop in Mansfield. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop had lots of options on display and I had lots to choose from. I went home to give the purchase a thought and this got received with understanding. I felt a valued customer and didn't feel pushed into any decision. I was offered other items for a special price to go with the mattress, but it was well received when I didn't take any. In the end I ordered the mattress over the phone with Frances a few days later. Now I am waiting it to arrive.
