Dreams - Mansfield

Very good service, we explained what we thought we needed but using the dreams bed sleep machine (I don’t think this is the right terminology) enabled us to pick the right mattress. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses suitable to our needs.

Chris approached when greeting me very friendly and not intrusive or pushy. He left me alone to browse and I returned to him when I wanted information. I personally find this the best type of customer service. He provided thorough information and made the 'boring' parts of form filling fun and fast. I got exactly the information I wanted and nothing more. The whole experience was quick and neat.

Great welcome from Tina initially then left to browse. Then approached Francis who’s knowledge, friendliness, hospitality and patience was just brilliant. Just wish the bed frame came in the lighter colour option for superking but nevermind, can’t wait for bed and mattress to arrive. Also invested in new Tempure pillows after recommendation and ability yo try out on the beds. The only downside to todays visit was getting off the most comfy bed and heading home to await delivery haha.

The assistant was very helpful and very friendly, you felt like you were talking to a friend. Her product knowledge was very impressive. And she made a smashing mug of tea!
