Clean, well laid out store with knowledgeable staff. Utilized the automated machine to determine the grade of mattress required and were shown around the products suitable and available for our requirements. Delivery process and time between placing an order and estimated delivery were explained to our satisfaction.

went to dreams 27 01 2020 was served by Fran who was very helpful and went to the trouble to get a print off the size of bed then let us come home to check the bed would fit a d said she would not be in today ,but Tina would help you tomorrow. We have been back today and Tina has put our order through today and was very helpful. please can we say it was a pleasure to deal with these two ladies , and how much they new about the product , because we have been to other shops and we have walked out because they were to pushy ,and only wanted to sell you there choice ,which we did not like weldone to Fran and Tina

As we walked into the shop they were there straight away to greet us and I said looking for a air bed and he took me straight to where they were in store and then I noticed the price was more in store for cheaper online so I asked the gentleman is it the same price online as I said let me have a look so we had a look and it was the same price online As in store and he was very polite and would like to recommend him to live in the area but I would recommend dreams for friends family word of mouth

The sales assistant was very easy to talk to and wasn’t pushy in anyway and listened to what I actually wanted. It’s was a refreshing change very pleased with the lady that help me at your Mansfield store.

Frances was available immediately and listened carefully to our needs. She was friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. She offered us a drink, showed us the bed match service and patiently waited while we tried out the different mattresses.

Service was open and honest. Was friendly and un-rushed. It was a conversation not a sales pitch. He got the tone and mirrored my approach brilliantly

We dealt with 2 differ members of staff while in the store. Both of them were knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had.

Straight from the start of our visit, Chris was extremely accommodating and assisted us, without being overbearing. I was able to purchase all the items I set out to in one visit.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed us time from initially entering the store before asking if we required any help. Chris introduced himself and asked if we would like any help. We were offered the opportunity to use the technology which determined the best mattress for our bodies. We were informed of the time this would take and offered a drink. Chris explained the results and then took us to an area to pick the pillow that felt the most comfortable. After taking the time to choose we then took the pillow with us to each of the mattresses that the diagnostics had recommended. Chris allowed us time at each mattress to lie down, move around and discuss our thoughts. He was not pushing for a sale and did not rush us with our decision.
