The assistant Hollie was friendly informative made us a coffee and did not rush us which then gave us time to make our own mind up. A very positive experience was our first visit to Dreams. We will go back.

I went to look at beds New Year’s Day , I was seen by a lovely lady , she wasn’t pushy and let me try out the bed I was interested in , I went back too purchase the bed I had chosen and all of the staff where very friendly and the lady that I spoke to New Year’s Day was working and could remember me and she dealt with my order , she was very nice

We were given advice by Tina who listened to what we were looking for and advised us accordingly she was very pleasant and not pushy. We were happy With what we chose and they were reduced so I think that we got a good deal Tina recommenced some pillows for side sleepers to us so we purchased them as well.

The man who dealt with me was very knowledgeable on the products and not pushy at all. He gave me advice and then left me to try out mattresses without waiting and watching me. I didn't feel pressured at all

We were greeted in a pleasant manner, the assistant explained the outlay of products and left us to wander. There was plenty of choice and we did not feel rushed or pressurised. The store was light and airy a good experience.

After entering the store and finding the bed we had chosen on line our granddaughter saw one she preferred to the original, so we were glad we decided to take a trip to the store.

We went on the bed which selects what type if mattress is suitable for you. The shop assistant directed us to the mattresses suitable even providing us with pillows suitable for sleeping on your side. Very informative, helpful and not pushy.
