Very friendly staff and the lady who handled our order was very helpful and friendly her name was Louise

We were given good advice about choosing a new mattress but did not feel pressurised at all

3rd bed from this store-will never go anywhere else- staff member tina remembered me and was brilliant at helping me choose a mattress for my young son. Also with matching up my bed to bedside tables.

The key point being the assistant, Hollie. She was BRILLIANT! So helpful, friendly and professional.

We we're greeted a lady named Frances who was super lovely and helpful. She helped me and my girlfriend find a matress that was right for us while staying within our price range.

We went into the Mansfield store an hour before closing. We were made very welcome byFrances who offered us a tea or coffee whilst we had a look round. She offered us to do the test on the bed sensor and then advised us on the recommended beds. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the beds we tried. We are not happy that there was not much off the price though.

We had previously visited other high street bed stores and found that staff were very sales lead not giving us time to make our own decisions and bombarding us. We had a completely different experience in Dreams. There was enough available staff around to help us with our enquiries, friendly and acknowledged us, however left us to browse and test the beds in peace. Once we were ready to ask some questions and place an order the staff were quick and efficient in doing so. The staff member who placed our order was very thorough, ensuring he checked all details he was inputting and clarifying our order. Where he was unsure, he sought advise from colleagues and explained he was learning. A great experience in store, really stood out from other competitors.
