ON ENTERING THE STORE WE WHERE AMAZED AT THE WIDE RANGE OF BEDS TO CHOOSE FROM.

Lovely staff who gave space for us to make decisions but were able to give high quality advice when needed. We only went in a for a “look”, but came out having placed an order.

The Assistant was attentive and helpful without being intrusive, the products are right for us and care was taken to ensure that. The staff were also very friendly and tolerant of our two small children! 😀

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, good variety of beds and nothing was too much trouble without being over the top.

We dealt with by Francis and she took us through everything we wanted to know and find out. She answered all efficiently and explained everything to u.

Frances was helpful and knowledgeable in all products and services and still gave us the time to compare and think for ourselves. Frances approach was advantageous and warm not pushy or forceful as some sales people can be.

A friendly, informative team with great product knowledge. We were dealt with by both Tina and then Frances who completed our order for us. We used the Sleep Match to narrow down our criteria which was a great help to us.

We were served by Tina who was very helpful but not pushy like some shops. All staff were friendly and polite.

Hollie was very kind and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us, a highly skilled part of the team.
