Dreams - Mansfield

This has got to be, by far, one of the best shopping experiences we have encountered....ever!! Over the years we have visited various furniture and/or bed stores only to be greeted by "high pressure" Sales Assistants. This has always resulted in us leaving the stores without making a purchase. Frances, at your Mansfield Dreams store, was truly exceptional. Her knowledge and professionalism is to be commended. She took her time in explaining the different products following our sleep match experience and she respected our space and time. This in turn led to our purchase of a Tempur Cloud mattress which we cannot wait to try out next weekend. Thank you Frances! You are an absolute credit to your team and to Dreams.

From start to finish have been impressed with Dreams. Staff in the Mansfield store, turnaround of order, updates from Dreams at every juncture. Delivery call the night before, early delivery, quick and friendly delivery men, excellent product, all parts, no damage. Can't fault a thing, excellent service. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE DREAMS TEAM!

Sales team were friendly but not over powering

Store well laid out and good lighting, Beds we were interested in close together making comparison easy. Staff member did not approach until we had sufficient time to view beds on display, Sales assistant very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all a pleasant experience.

During our first visit to the Mansfield store we received great service from Tina. I chose a bed for my son but we needed to re-visit later to place the order. Tina gave us the full information we needed for our return visit. When we did return it was very easy to place our order. We received great customer service from Frances and bought another mattress.

Tina meet us straight away as soon as we walked in made us coffee and explained everything what we needed to no, asked to go on dream experience machine to match our needs and then shown us many mattresses which suited our needs
