As I haven't received the mattress yet, I cannot give the highest grade, I'm sure once my mattress arrives my mind will change and I will be highly satisfied.

i was help with choosing and when i could not find what i was looking for in store they went on line. I don't like shopping on line. I was shown a similar quality to what I will be getting.

We were pounced on while looking at the 1st bed & before we knew what happened the bed was bought & extras were tried to influence our purchase

Overall, the experience was great but we were buying an ex display model that clearly had damage and markings. We felt after seeing the price breakdown that we had been made to pay for items not really needed, old bed disposal, bedding, assembly without the option to remove these.... the overall price was the price said the assistant. But if that is the case, why the price breakdown? Surely this aludes to the fact that they can be removed yet when sat at the order desk, they could not. I would have rather edited the price for the actual item be the price quoted than to be led to believe we were being given free items only to then see them charged in a breakdown of cost.

After visiting another store the previous day I didn't get as much information and in this store I wasn't given a towel for the pillow and in the other store I did

Generally we were very satisfied with our visit. It's a shame about the delivery time but we could see that was the earliest Chris could get us in. Everything, was really good, Chris routinely came and asked if we would like beverages whilst we spent about two hours in the shop and even stayed behind to finish our order after the doors had closed.

Price of headboard expensive for what it is and charge for old bed removal expensive

To me all was fine. Highly satisfied to me means absolutely exceptional. Experience of shopping here was good and cannot fault the assistant who was good (your collection charge of £40 is far to high though) I have not received goods yet so cannot comment fully on quality of goods.

wanted a comfortable mattress shocked it would cost £2200

No delivery date given at time of order because problem with computers then given one date over the phone when payment was taken , when email came through the date had changed again.
