Dreams - Mansfield

One sales assistant (Louise) was polite helpful and took time to discuss requirements and make sure we were happy with the products. Another sales assistant (Tina) unfortunately was not the same. She was abrupt and intense from the moment we entered the store. You advertised that you were open until 6pm yet had closed for an “out of hours” appointment when we arrived just after 5.

We was happy with the service however I hate all the add ons you have to pay like a specific delivery price and extra warranty

This was the second time I shopped at dreams , the first time the items was faulty so I gave you a second chance, not again The mattress was faulty and the second was dirty and the slats was faulty, so overall very disappointed and wont be shopping at dreams , the staff in shop was great , but I feel really let down on the shopping experience when spending nearly 3 grand
